At Tung Gallery, we are committed to delivering your artwork safely and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for all our customers worldwide.
Local and Worldwide Shipping
Coverage: Tung Gallery offers local and worldwide shipping.
Shipping Method: We use reputable international couriers (e.g. HK SpeedPost/HK Post/SF Express/DHL) with tracking number to ensure safe and timely delivery. The specific courier will be selected based on your location and the nature of the artwork.
We can also provide artwork carting and arrange specialized artwork logistic services upon request.
Shipping Process
Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location:
Hong Kong: 1–3 business days.
Asia: 3–7 business days.
North America, Europe, and Australia: 5–10 business days.
Other regions: 7–14 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Packaging: All artworks are carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Customs Delays: Tung Gallery is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in your country.
Delivery
Delivery Confirmation: A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure the artwork is received securely.
Undeliverable Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refusal to pay customs fees, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tung-gallery.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or refund, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Lost Shipments: If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will investigate with the courier to resolve the issue.

海關延誤:Tung Gallery 對您所在國家/地區海關清關流程造成的延誤概不負責。
配送
收貨確認:收貨時需簽名,以確保藝術品安全送達。
無法送達的貨件:如果由於客戶提供的地址錯誤或拒絕支付關稅而導致貨件退還給我們,客戶將承擔重新發貨的任何額外運費。
貨物損壞或遺失
貨物損壞:如果您的藝術品在運輸途中出現損壞,請立即透過 info@tung-gallery.com 聯絡我們,並提供您的訂單編號和損壞照片。我們將與您合作,盡快解決問題,並可能根據我們的退貨和退款政策為您更換或退款。
貨物遺失:如果您的貨物在運輸途中遺失,請聯絡我們,我們將與快遞員一起調查並解決問題。
