At Tung Gallery, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your artwork, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a seamless experience. Please review the details below.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you are not satisfied with the item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tung-gallery.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number, the artwork details, the reason for the return and the relevant photos.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Shipping charges, taxes, and customs duties will not be refunded.

我們收到並檢查退回的藝術品後，將在 5 個工作天內以原付款方式退款。運費、稅金和關稅不予退還。
